IOM3 Elastomer Group
The IOM3 Elastomer Group, formerly known as the Rubber In Engineering Group (RIEG), is a technical community of the IOM3 (Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining) and organises regular webinars, technical discussion meetings and conferences to develop a broader understanding of the behaviour of elastomers and elastomer composites.
The group examines how to use elastomers in engineering design, ensure that their properties are successfully exploited and promotes the use of sustainable elastomers for use in the circular economy.
