Can you believe it? Rubber Heart is now three years old!

It feels like a very long time ago that we first visited Southern Manufacturing in Farnborough where in 2020, we made our first tentative steps into our new venture as Rubber Heart. That’s where we would meet the amazing team at AMI Marketing for Manufacturing, who not only became our website and SEO partner but also fast friends, and we were delighted to catch up with them again at this year’s show last month.

Since then, we’ve experienced our fair share of ups and downs, like everyone else in the world. But through it all, we’ve kept our heads down and continued to work hard, building our client base and forming new relationships (albeit mostly through Teams calls!). Even after so many years in the rubber industry, it has still been truly inspiring to be reminded of just how many talented, passionate and dedicated people choose to be part of it, constantly pushing the limits of rubber science and technology to make better performing and more sustainable elastomer materials and products.

As we celebrate this milestone for Rubber Heart, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported and encouraged us along the way. Your belief in us has kept us motivated to keep dreaming, thinking, and talking about all things rubber, so we can continue to provide the best possible services to our amazing partners and clients around the world!

Now Spring is here in the UK (even though it’s snowing outside!), we’re excited to announce that we’ll be attending several industry events over the next few months. We can’t wait to catch up with old friends and make new ones so be sure to check out what’s in store and join us for a rubber-filled adventure!

Tire Technology Expo 2023: Hannover, Germany, 21st – 23rd March 2023

As European Representatives, Rubber Heart will be joining Endurica President Dr Will Mars and VP Dr Tom Ebbott on Stand C217 to showcase Endurica’s CAE and testing solutions for tire development that make tire durability analysis as simple, fast and powerful as possible. Dr Will Mars will also be giving a paper at the conference on Wednesday 22nd March on the effect of tyre impact on residual fatigue life using Endurica’s Incremental Critical Plane Analysis.

Our testing and development laboratory partner ACE Laboratories will be making their first appearance at Tire Tech Expo to highlight its comprehensive, independent laboratory tire development and testing services that help clients qualify their materials and compounds, and get to market faster. Rubber Division, ACS Spring Technical Meeting 2023: Warrensville, OH, USA, 25th – 27th April 2023

As Rubber Division, ACS European Representative, Rubber Heart will be participating at its Spring Meeting where leading researchers and innovators in the rubber industry will be sharing their expertise with attendees.

​​​​​​RubberCon 2023: Edinburgh, Scotland, 10th – 11th May 2023

RubberCon 2023 focuses on the use of elastomers and elastomeric materials for a wide range of products and applications with a world-class conference featuring seven themes spread over two days: elastomer product innovations; material developments; material processing; sustainability, characterisation & testing of materials and products; modelling; smart materials.

Rubber Heart will be supporting its partners ACE Laboratories, Endurica and Rubber Division, ACS who will be participating at the exhibition.

Endurica President Dr Will Mars will also be giving a paper at the conference titled ‘Virtual qualification of elastomeric engine mount with recorded multi-channel road load input.’

Instrumentation, Analysis and Testing Exhibition 2023: Silverstone, UK, 16th May 2023

The Instrumentation, Analysis & Testing Exhibition has become a significant event in the engineering year and is seen by many as the go-to event for testing and analysis technologies. Come and talk to David Cawthra and Gail Reader, European Representatives for Endurica on Booth 23.

Automechanika UK 2023: Birmingham, UK, 6th – 8th June 2023

Rubber Heart will be joining its client AE Rubber (UK) at the UK’s leading automotive industry event. Come and meet MD Karl Snitch to find out about AE Rubber’s rubber and plastic products for automotive applications, including OEM parts that are fitted to many ICE and EV vehicles from global manufacturers.
